Oletteko jo kokeilleet vuoden trendiherkkua, siemennäkkäriä? Se on todella helppotekoinen, sillä Risentalla on valmis seos, johon tarvitsee lisätä vain vettä ja pari lusikallista ruokaöljyä.

Nopea pyöräytys, taikina pellille ja uuniin. Ohjeen sanotaan riittävän kahdelle pellilliselle, mutta minä pidän vähän paksummasta näkkäristä, joten olen laittanut sen yhdelle pellille. Paistoaikaa kannattaa silloin vähän pidentää.

Jäähtynyt näkkäri on helppo paloitella sopivankokoisiksi paloiksi ja herkutella juuston kanssa vaikka joululahjavalvojaisissa. Kuumaa glögiä kaveriksi, ja herkkuhetki on valmis!
